Our Department is closely involved in domestic and international transport, especially in customs clearance for the import-export sector.
OUR SERVICES
Import/export Declaration
We process and manage import/export declarations and in-transit goods formalities online. We also perform pre-import, export and transit inspections in conjunction with the official border health control (Sanidad Exterior), agri-food (SOIVRE) and plant health (Fito) inspectorates.
Goods in Transit
Our experience with in-transit goods means that our customers obtain the best logistics and direct communication at any time day or night. This response capacity ensures the continuity of transport of the merchandise with seamless coordination based on full information to all stakeholders, thus optimising delivery times.
Temporary Storage Management - Customs Warehouse
Sevitrade S.L. stores merchandise from countries outside the European Union without paying customs duties or other taxes on imports. We also manage the customs formalities on imported and exported goods.
Free zone management
We are an official free zone operator, authorised to apply the special customs regime that includes exemption of customs duties for goods from third countries and a series of tax advantages such as VAT exemption for transactions inside the free zone.
FORWADERS
As a freight forwarder carrying out our customer’s mandate, Sevitrade manages the pick-up, delivery, customs clearance, storage and warehouse services, stowage/unloading of the merchandise and payment of taxes and expenses at destination as required. We perform detailed follow-up of the merchandise from port to destination, optimising the transit and dispatch of merchandise in the Port of Seville.
